Establish new guests with Players Club membership and aid in maintaining and updating guest accounts as needed.Greet guests in a courteous and caring manner using personalized service. Maintain positive guest relations at all times, resolving guest complaints and ensuring guest satisfaction. PRIMARY DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES, AND TASKS: Promotions Clerks must be able to follow instructions, pre-established guidelines, and possess good judgment to perform the functions of the job. This position does not require prior experience, training will be provided. The Team Member will also be crossed trained in the Tuscany Players Club and will be responsible for promoting the success of the Players Club by assisting guests through the membership process and explaining the benefits of membership. Promotions Clerks primarily work marketing events including, gift giveaways, drawings, special events and tournaments. Must be able to stand for hours at a time.Ībility to work in fast paced environment.
